At ECCELLENZA we offer vase amounts of services from Environmental Services, Pre-Development, Preconstruction, Interior Design, Millwork, Casework and Fine Finish Department to delivery of your project on schedule with a satisfactory finish. By providing strong leadership, our firm has demonstrated an outstanding record of performance in the four key measures of success: Quality, Safety, Budget, and Milestones. We are especially proud of our preconstruction services, which are among the top in the nation. Our staff of estimators and specialist can produce accurate, user-friendly estimates and schedules early in the design process.

Construction Management
At ECCELLENZA we rely on good management, a thorough understanding of sectors in which we operate and the ability of our experience to acquire the best subcontractors and suppliers while still managing the cost objective. Ike Brown Jr provides all technical and administrative management services, effectively planning and managing the project from initial bid stage through to the certificate of occupancy and final closeout. We seek to get involved early in the design phase and share our extensive knowledge and experience to form a first-class construction team that will exceed the expectations of clients regardless of complexity of the project.
We at ECCELLENZA are proud of our preconstruction services, which are among the finest in the nation. Our staff of estimators and specialist can produce accurate user-friendly estimates and schedules early in the design process.

At ECCELLENZA we do a significant amount of various framing ranging from light gauge interior framing to structural walls supporting precast concrete floors, Tile, Marble, complex Casework Wall systems, and Historic Preservation ranging from 3000- 185,000 sqft of construction. The coordination between our designs, architectural & engineer's view of how the building should be built, and the structural engineer's view Our experience along with our engineering relationships working with our GCs gets projects constructed in the most cost-effective d through value engineering.
The most recent and innovative delivery system available in our industry is the Design-build process, whereby the Owner holds one contract with the
Design-Builder. The Design-Builder then either designs in-house or retains
an architect to design the project to the Owner's criterion. Ike Brown Jr. has several design professionals on staff to handle the architectural and engineering needs of smaller projects. We also have relationships with regional architectural/engineering firms that possess the capability and resources to design complex structures in the markets and industries that we specialize in. Over the past 15 years, nearly sixty percent of the projects completed by ECCELLENZA have been done under the design-build scenario. This percentage is in line with the industry-wide averages for total design-build.
